1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Niiji's website at theniijis.com, the streaming application at stream.theniijis.com, or the merch store at niijisupply.com (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • The Stream -- $3.99/month or $39.99/year. Unlimited music streaming access.
  • Supporter (Tribe) -- $9.99/month or $99.99/year. Includes streaming, The Lodge community, early access releases, The Circle chat, and a Tribe badge.
  • Top Picks -- $19/quarter or $69/year. Quarterly DJ packs with lossless AIFF tracks. This is an add-on and can be purchased alongside any tier.

3.2 Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Purchases & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4.1 Digital Products

Digital music purchases are delivered via email with time-limited download links (valid for 7 days). Once a digital product has been delivered, it is non-refundable. If you experience issues with a download, contact our support team.

4.2 Physical Merchandise

Physical merchandise orders are fulfilled through our Shopify store (niijisupply.com). Shipping times and policies are detailed at the point of purchase. For returns or exchanges of physical products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

5. Content Licensing

5.1 Streaming

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to stream music through the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, redistribute, or publicly perform streamed content.

5.2 Digital Downloads

Purchased digital music files are licensed for personal use. You may play them on your personal devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloaded files.

5.3 Top Picks (DJ Packs)

Top Picks tracks are licensed for personal and DJ performance use. You may play them in live DJ sets. You may not redistribute the files, upload them to streaming platforms, or use them in commercial productions without separate licensing.

6. Community Guidelines

When using community features (The Lodge, The Circle chat, comments), you agree to:

  • Treat other members with respect and dignity
  • Not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
  • Not share spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional material
  • Not share links in The Circle chat (text-only policy for non-admin users)
  • Not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Not share content that infringes on intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform -- including music, artwork, text, logos, and design -- is owned by The Niiji's collective or its artists and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Niiji's shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
